Betty's Creamy Dark Chocolate Cake Frosting

Betty demonstrates how to make Creamy Dark Chocolate Cake Frosting. This frosting is perfect for a Dr. Pepper Chocolate Cake (the previous video in Betty's Kitchen).


Butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cocoa powder/Baking chocolate 4 Tablespoon
Milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Confectionare's sugar 4 Cup (64 tbs) ((This is the same as icing sugar or powdered sugar.))



In a saucepan, heat butter, cocoa powder, and milk over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted and mixture is smooth. 

Take the mixture off the stove and ddd confectioner's sugar, a little at a time, stirring after each addition until frosting is smooth. 


Pour the Creamy Chocolate Cake Frosting over a warm cake and enjoy.
