I've been getting so many requests for homemade pumpkin cakes lately. It's that time of year where folks just can't seem to get enough pumpkin and apple desserts. I hear ya honey!

You're gonna love this fluffy, moist homemade pumpkin spice cake! It has that classic old fashion taste and it's easy to make! The cinnamon cream cheese frosting finishes this pumpkin cake off beautifully!

Ingredients

Baking soda 1 1/2 Teaspoon
All purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Light brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) , packed
White sugar 1 1/3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
Butter 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , softened
Eggs 3
Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
Pumpkin spice 1 Tablespoon
Buttermilk 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
100% pure pumpkin 15 Ounce (canned)
For cinnamon cream cheese frosting
Cream cheese 16 Ounce , softened (2 (8 oz) packs)
Softened butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Heavy cream 1 Teaspoon
Powdered sugar 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Cinnamon/Pumpkin spice 1/4 Teaspoon (as much as you like)
