Bohemian Cabbage is a simple Chinese dish that is extremely easy to prepare. I often cook this dish for lunch, especially during weekends so that my husband can enjoy it too. Try the Bohemian Cabbage dish for yourself!
|Cabbage||1 Medium , shredded (about 1 1/2 pounds)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Caraway seed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix all ingredients except sour cream in skillet.
Cover tightly; cook 5 minutes or until cabbage is crisp-tender.
Stir in sour cream; heat through.
