Scalloped Cabbage

Cabbage head 1 Small
Milk 60 Milliliter (1/2 Soup Can)
Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cream of chicken soup 1 Can (10 oz)
Grated cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Butter 1 Tablespoon (For Topping)


Cut cabbage in small wedges.

Cook in salted water until tender.

Drain thoroughly.

Into greased casserole place alternate layers of cabbage and soup-milk-cheese mixture.

Top with bread crumbs and dot generously with butter.

Bake about 30 minutes at 350°.
