How to cook kale simply - sautéed kale with garlic and sesame seeds. A healthy way to cook fresh kale!
Fresh kale | 4 Pound , washed, rinsed, leaf pulled, stems discarded (1 bunch) | |
Olive oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
Minced garlic | 1 Teaspoon | |
Sesame seeds | 2 Tablespoon | |
Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Toasted sesame oil | 3 Drop (few drops) |
MAKING:
1.Heat a large skillet with oil and sauté garlic in it.
2.Cook for 15-20 seconds and add sesame seeds and half of kale.
3.Sprinkle half of salt and toss well until it wilts. Add remaining kale and cook until softened.
4.Remove from heat and sprinkle sesame oil.
