|Kale||4 Ounce (1 bunch)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon (from 1/2 lemon)|
|Hot chili oil||1 Dash (for drizzling)|
|Sliced strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced orange bell pepper||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced cherry tomatoes||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crumbled queso fresco/Feta||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (optional)|
|Vinegar||1 Tablespoon (apple cider or wine or balsalmic)|
|Black pepper||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Yellow mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Deli mustard||1 Teaspoon|
1.In a bowl, put kale and sprinkle salt, lemon juice, oil and toss well. Rub kale for 2-3 minutes.
2.Add strawberries, kale, radicchio, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes and mix well.
3.In a small bowl, combine mustards, vinegar, honey, black pepper, olive oil and whisk well.
4.Pour over salad and toss well.
5.Add cheese before serving.
