Kale Salad - How To Make A Kale Salad

Learn the trick to making a delicious Kale Salad! Hint: It may involve massaging your kale. Kale is a nutritious green vegetable that can be eaten cooked or raw like in this awesome kale salad with radicchio, tomatoes, bell peppers, and a citrus vinaigrette.


Kale 4 Ounce (1 bunch)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (from 1/2 lemon)
Hot chili oil 1 Dash (for drizzling)
Sliced strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped pecans 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sliced orange bell pepper 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sliced cherry tomatoes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Radicchio leaves 3
Crumbled queso fresco/Feta 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (optional)
For dressing:
Vinegar 1 Tablespoon (apple cider or wine or balsalmic)
Honey 2 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Yellow mustard 1 Teaspoon
Deli mustard 1 Teaspoon



1.In a bowl, put kale and sprinkle salt, lemon juice, oil and toss well. Rub kale for 2-3 minutes.

2.Add strawberries, kale, radicchio, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes and mix well.

3.In a small bowl, combine mustards, vinegar, honey, black pepper, olive oil and whisk well.

4.Pour over salad and toss well.


5.Add cheese before serving.
