Lemon Buttermilk Frappe

Ingredients

Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Finely shredded lemon peel 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Yellow food coloring 6 Drop
Low calorie whipped dessert topping 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

In blender container combine buttermilk, lemon peel, lemon juice, sugar, and food coloring, if desired.

Cover and blend till mixture is frothy.

Fold in the whipped dessert topping; pour the mixture into 6 chilled glasses.
