Sweet corn kernels 1 Cup (16 tbs) , boiled
Butter 1 Tablespoon
Finely chopped onions 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Finely chopped green chillies 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Ground black peppercorns To Taste
Cornflour dissolved in water 1 Tablespoon (dissolved in 1/4 cup water)
Fresh cream 1 Tablespoon
Grated processed cheese 2 Tablespoon
Other ingredients
Burger buns 4
Soft butter 8 Teaspoon
Cucumber slices 16
Tomatoes slices 8
Sliced onions 8
Grated processed cheese 8 Tablespoon
Dry red chili flakes 1 Tablespoon (paprika)

1. In a broad non-stick pan, add butter and when hot, add onions and sauté for half a minute, before adding green chilies, spinach, and corn, while sautéing in between for a minute or so.

2. Now add salt and pepper. Cook for a minute and add cornflour-water mixture. Mix well and cook for a minute, while stirring continuously. Add fresh cream and cheese, and cook for a couple of minutes. Keep aside.

3. Cut the burger buns into two horizontally, and spread half a teaspoon of butter on each half. Toast the buns lightly on a griddle (tava). Now apply half a teaspoon of butter on the other side of the buns and toast on that side until brown spots appear.

4. Place the buns on a dry, flat, and clean surface, with the inner portion facing upwards.

5. Now put ¼ cup of filling on each bun half, followed by placing 2 slices of cucumber, 1 slice of tomato, and 1 slice of onion. Sprinkle two tablespoons of cheese and little bit of chili flakes over each halved bun.

6. Place the open burgers on microwave safe plate and microwave on high for half a minute.

7. Serve the open burgers with potato chips, potato wedges, and French Fries.
