80/20 and 90/10 are the labels on beef that describe the ratio of protein to fat in that particular cut of beef. The important part in a burger is quality and using the right combination of beef. You want flavor and texture but dont want too much fat, so by using two types of beef you can achieve the perfect hamburger.

Thinly sliced onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (as needed) | |

GETTING READY
1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
2. In a pan, melt butter and caramelize onion with a good pinch of sugar.
MAKING
3. In a bowl, combine ground beefs, steak sauce, and a generous amount of salt and pepper. Mix well and form meat into 4 equally thick patties.
4. Season the outside with more salt and pepper. Grill to your liking.
5. Meanwhile, brush the insides of the buns with melted butter and toast on top rack of grill.
FINALIZING
6. Assemble burgers with grilled buns, caramelized onion, and cheese.
SERVING
7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
