This burger recipe uses lean beef, which makes it healthy and low fat, but the additional ingredients make it taste like the juiciest, most flavorful burger you've ever had. It's a real winner.

Hamburger:
MAKING
1. Mix ground beef, onion, egg, parsley, garlic, garlic salt, pepper, and worcestershire sauce until evenly mixed.
2. Create burger patties- as big as you like! (I like to make 5 patties with this 1 lb) Indent with your thumb a small indention in the middle of each patty. (This prevents your burger from puffing up and keeps it flat when cooking)
3. On a heated skillet (on medium heat) add the oil, to prevent sticking, and insert your patties. Cook 5 minutes. (DON'T TOUCH!)
4. Turn the patties over and cook another 4 minutes. (DON'T TOUCH!)
5. Add a drizzle of truffle oil to eat burger and cook one more minute or until the meat has reached an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
SERVING
6. Assemble the hamburger in toasted buns layered with Garlic Parsley Mayo.
Garlic Parsley Mayo:
MAKING
1. Mince the garlic and parsley.
2. Add all ingredients and stir.
