With healthy ingredients in the comfort of your home in no time flat.

Ingredients

Flavored tuna 300 Gram (tomato and onion)
Panko flakes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Egg whites 2
Whole wheat buns 2 (kaiser)
Romaine lettuce 50 Gram (as needed)
Cottage cheese with roasted garlic 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Turkey bacon 30 Gram , crisped (as needed)
Red onion slices 15 Gram (as needed)
Tomato slices 30 Gram (as needed)
Dill pickle 2

Directions

MAKING

1. In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, panko, and egg whites. Mix well and form into patties.

2. In hot grilling pan, place the patties and sear it for about 3 minutes per side.

3. On the bottom side of bun lay lettuce and top it with a patty.

4. Place cottage cheese, bacon, onion, and tomato slices on top. Cover with the top slice and insert a dill pickle in burger using toothpick.

SERVING

5. Serve burger immediately and enjoy.
