Beef Burger on Buns

Ingredients

Ground beef mix 2 Cup (32 tbs) , thawed
Toasted hamburger buns 4
Ingredients for the ground beef mix
Ground beef mix 3 Cup (48 tbs) , thawed
Canned cream of mushroom soup 10 3/4 Ounce , undiluted (1 Can)
Canned sliced mushrooms 8 Ounce , undrained (2 Cans, 4 Ounce Each)
Commercial sour cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. Prepare the ground beef mix by simmering onions, garlic, celery, ground and the green pepper.

2. Spoon this mix into the bottom half of each bun and cover with top half of bun

SERVING

3. Serve hot

TIP

Prepare the beef mix by combining onion, garlic and celery and saute till done. Reduce heat and simmer again for 5 minutes. Add the sour cream and cook again for 5 minutes.
