Lamb Patties

Ingredients

Ground lamb 1 1/2 Pound
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Dried mint 1/2 Teaspoon
Bacon slices 6
Cooked peas 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (fresh, frozen or canned)
Cooked corn 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (fresh, frozen or canned)
Peach halves 6
Brown sugar To Taste

Directions

MAKING

1. Mix the lamb with the seasoning and then divide the meat into 6 portions

2. Wrap a bacon slice around each portion and fasten it with a toothpick.

3. On a broiler pan, place the peas and the corn and place the meat on top of it. Broil on broiler rack, 2" from heat. Turn the meat twice during the cooking process.

4. Sprinkle peach halves with brown sugar and place alongside the meat in the last ten minutes of the broiling process

5. Serve hot
