Ingredients

Stock 1/2 Pint (285 Milliliter)
Tvp mince 2 Ounce (55 Grams)
Rolled oats 2 Ounce (55 Grams)
Tomato puree 1 Teaspoon
Onion 1 , minced
Wholemeal flour 2 Tablespoon
Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
Mixed herbs and seasonings 1 Pinch

Directions

MAKING

1. Dissolve stock powder in water

2.Add mince, oats, tomato puree, onions, herbs and seasoning

3. Allow to stand for 5 minutes, then add the flour and vegetable oil

4. Leave it for more 10 minutes and form into slat rissoles

5. Cook in hot oil for 5 minutes each side into a wholemeal role for immediate consumption.

SERVING

6. Can also be served with brown gravy and vegetables. This dish is popular with children
