Spicy Beef Burger

Ingredients

Sausage meat 1/2 Pound (225 gram)
Lean minced beef 14 Ounce (400 gram)
Onion 1 Large , peeled and minced
Egg 1 , beaten
Fruit sauce 22 1/2 Milliliter (1 1/2 tablespoons)
Salt To Taste
Black pepper To Taste
Flour 2 Tablespoon (for coating)
Vegetable oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (for frying)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a bowl put all the ingredients and stir well to mix.

2. Make 8 equal portions out of the mixture into and with lightly floured hands shape into rounds.

3. If you wish to freeze open (flash) freeze until firm, then pack in a freezer bag. Seal, label and return to the freezer.

SERVING

4. To serve the frozen beefburgers fry them in hot oil for 6 to 8 minutes on each side.
