Tuna Burger

Ingredients

Toast slice/Toasted buns 4 (buttered)
Canned tuna 7 Ounce (drained and flaked)
Onion slice 4
Eggs 2 (hard
Canned condensed cream of celery soup 10 1/2 Ounce
Milk 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Parsley 2 Tablespoon (chopped)
Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1) On a cookie sheet or in shallow baking pan arrange the toast over it.

2) Spread tuna over it.

3) Garnish with onion and egg.

4) In a bowl mix remaining ingredients.

5) Spoon the mixture over open-face sandwiches and spread.

6) Broil until hot.

SERVING

7) Serve hot.
