Easy Microwave Bacon Burger

Ingredients

Bacon slices 5 , cut into halves
Ground beef 1 Pound
Egg 1
Finely chopped green pepper 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Finely chopped onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Dry bread crumbs 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Instant beef bouillon 1/2 Teaspoon
Hamburger buns 5 , split and toasted

Directions

1. Place bacon on microwave rack in baking dish. Cover with paper towel and microwave on high (100%) until nearly crisp, 3 to 5 minutes; drain.

2. Mix remaining ingredients except hamburger buns; shape into 5 patties, each about 3/4 inches thick. Crisscross 2 half-slice bacon on each patty. Arrange patties on microwave rack in baking dish. Cover with paper towel and microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes; rotate baking dish 1/2 turn. Microwave until patties are almost done, about 2 minutes longer. Let stand 3 minutes. Serve in hamburger buns.
