|Instant beef bouillon||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Hamburger buns||5 , split and toasted|
1. Place bacon on microwave rack in baking dish. Cover with paper towel and microwave on high (100%) until nearly crisp, 3 to 5 minutes; drain.
2. Mix remaining ingredients except hamburger buns; shape into 5 patties, each about 3/4 inches thick. Crisscross 2 half-slice bacon on each patty. Arrange patties on microwave rack in baking dish. Cover with paper towel and microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes; rotate baking dish 1/2 turn. Microwave until patties are almost done, about 2 minutes longer. Let stand 3 minutes. Serve in hamburger buns.
