|Button mushrooms||1 Pound|
|Yellow onion||1 Large|
|Rice||6 Cup (96 tbs) , cooked|
|Black beans||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Bacon||1 Cup (16 tbs) , bite size pieces|
|Hazelnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs) , crushed|
|Oats||2 Cup (32 tbs) , baked|
|Fresh herbs||2 Tablespoon|
|Corn starch||1 Tablespoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oil||2 Tablespoon (For frying)|
1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice, black beans, bacon, hazelnut, oats and fresh herbs.
2. Mix cornstarch and water to make slurry. Add slurry to patty mix and add salt and pepper to taste. Make small patties with the mixture.
3. On a pan, heat oil and fry the patties.
4. Serve with buns.
