Fresh Garden Burger

Ingredients

Garlic 1 Tablespoon
Button mushrooms 1 Pound
Yellow onion 1 Large
Rice 6 Cup (96 tbs) , cooked
Black beans 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Bacon 1 Cup (16 tbs) , bite size pieces
Hazelnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs) , crushed
Oats 2 Cup (32 tbs) , baked
Fresh herbs 2 Tablespoon
For slurry
Corn starch 1 Tablespoon
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Oil 2 Tablespoon (For frying)
For serving
Buns 6 Medium

Directions

MAKING

1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice, black beans, bacon, hazelnut, oats and fresh herbs.

2. Mix cornstarch and water to make slurry. Add slurry to patty mix and add salt and pepper to taste. Make small patties with the mixture.

3. On a pan, heat oil and fry the patties.

SERVING

4. Serve with buns.
