Pub Burger with Raspberry Beer Cheese - Pit Barrel Cooker

On this video I take those beautiful pretzel buns and build an epic pub burger with a raspberry beer cheese. Enjoy.

Ingredients

Ground bison 24 Ounce
Ground lamb 16 Ounce
Season salt 1/2 Tablespoon
For the raspberry beer cheese
Cream cheese 8 Ounce
Smoked gouda 8 Ounce
Swiss cheese 8 Ounce
Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Heavy cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Raspberry beer 500 Milliliter , 1/2

Directions

GETTING READY

Preheat the grill.

 

MAKING

For the burger patties – in a large bowl, add in ground bison, ground lamb and seasoned salt. Mix well with hands and divide the mixture into equal portions and make patties. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

For the cheese sauce – in and aluminum container, add in cream cheese, smoked gouda, Swiss cheese, nutmeg, cinnamon and heavy cream. Cover and place on the grill for 20 minutes.

Take out from the grill and transfer to a larger container. Pour the beer and blend with and immersion blender.

Place the patties on the grill and cook until done.

 

SERVING

Spread the mustard sauce over the burger bun and top with patties, fried onion and cheese sauce. Serve and enjoy.
