Turkey Burger- How To Make Turkey Burgers

Check out this turkey burger recipe video for some great tips on making a juicy turkey burger.


Ground turkey breast 3/4 Pound
Salsa 2 Tablespoon (of your choice)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Coarse ground pepper 1 Teaspoon
Oil 1 Teaspoon
Buns/Wraps 2
Topping 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, salsa, ketchup, mustard)



1.In a large bowl, combine turkey, salsa and mix well using hands.

2.Make two thick patties and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.

3.Heat a heavy skillet on medium heat with oil and swirl the pan.

4.Place the patties and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked and browned.

5.Place over bun and top with desired toppings like lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, salsa, ketchup or mustard. Top with top bun.


6.Serve and enjoy!
