Ground turkey breast | 3/4 Pound | |
Salsa | 2 Tablespoon (of your choice) | |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Coarse ground pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
Oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
Buns/Wraps | 2 | |
Topping | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, salsa, ketchup, mustard) |
MAKING:
1.In a large bowl, combine turkey, salsa and mix well using hands.
2.Make two thick patties and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
3.Heat a heavy skillet on medium heat with oil and swirl the pan.
4.Place the patties and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked and browned.
5.Place over bun and top with desired toppings like lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, salsa, ketchup or mustard. Top with top bun.
