Turkey Burger- How To Make Turkey Burgers

Check out this turkey burger recipe video for some great tips on making a juicy turkey burger.

Ingredients

Ground turkey breast 3/4 Pound
Salsa 2 Tablespoon (of your choice)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Coarse ground pepper 1 Teaspoon
Oil 1 Teaspoon
Buns/Wraps 2
Topping 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, salsa, ketchup, mustard)

Directions

MAKING:

In a large bowl, combine turkey, salsa and mix well using hands.

Make two ” thick patties and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat a heavy skillet on medium heat with oil and swirl the pan.

Place the patties and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked and browned.

Place over bun and top with desired toppings like lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, salsa, ketchup or mustard. Top with top bun.

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
