Jack Cheese Stuffed Venison Mushroom Burgers

GETTING READY:

Preheat big green egg grill to 350F.

MAKING:

Make patties as shown in the video and place one over other with cheese layer in between.

Seal edges so that cheese stays in and pop into refrigerator for a while.

Place patties on grill and cook until done. Place jack cheese slice over it and allow to melt.

Place grilled patty over toasted bottom bun greased with sweet onion jam and top with sautéed mushroom. Grease inner part of top bun with onion jam and top over mushroom.

SERVING:

Serve with grilled corn on the cob, watermelon pieces and enjoy!
