Salmon-Prawn-Burger Nam Prik- A great recipe for Grill and Smoker.
Sesame seed buns | 6 | |
Salmon | 600 Gram , cut into 2 | |
Cooked prawns | 200 Gram | |
Dijon mustard | 2 Tablespoon (hot) | |
Dill | 1 Tablespoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste | |
Breadcrumbs | 6 Tablespoon | |
Vegetable oil | 3 Tablespoon (For greasing) |
GETTING READY:
Preheat cob grill.
MAKING:
In a food processor, combine salmon, prawns, Dijon mustard, dill, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs and grind well.
Make around 8-9 patties as shown in the video.
Grease the cob grill tray with oil, place the patties cover with lid and grill the patties.
Grill buns too. Spread nam prik over bottom of bun, top with lettuce leaves, tomato slices, grilled patty, onions, nam prik again and top bun.
