Everything I like about a good plate of nachos, on a burger!

GETTING READY:
Preheat the grill.
MAKING:
Make patty using 1/3 pound of ground meat. Place in refrigerator for few minutes for patty to harden.
Season patty with kosher salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
Place on grill and cook until both sides brown. Flip halfway.
Top with pickled jalapeno rings, crushed corn tortilla chips, grated Mexican cheese and grill (covered).
Cook until cheese melts. Meanwhile grill burger buns simultaneously.
Layer shredded ice berg lettuce over grilled bottom bun and place grilled patty over it.
Top bottom bun with guacamole, chunky salsa, mayo mixed with sauce, Mexican sour cream and cover with top bun.
SERVING:
