Fuddruckers Hangover Burger

One of Fuddruckers' signature burgers cooked up on the MoJoe Griddle!


Ground ribeye steak 1 Pound
For seasoning salt
Paprika 2 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1 1/4 Teaspoon
Brown sugar 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Onion powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Other ingredient
Bacon strips 4 (as needed)
Cheddar cheese slice 2 (as needed)
Eggs 2 (as needed)
Buns 3 (as needed)
Lettuce leaf 1 (as needed)
Thin tomato slice 4 (as needed)
Steak sauce To Taste



1. Roll ground meat into 1/3-1/2 pound patties and set aside.

For Seasoning Salt:

2. In a bowl, combine paprika, black pepper, salt, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

3. Preheat grill with flat top.



4. Season patties with salt mix and place on grill. Flip and top with cheese. Transfer patties to cooler side of grill.

5. Place bacon strips on grill to crisp and set aside.

6. Pour little water on grill and fry eggs as shown in the video.

7. Toast buns on grill and set aside.



8. On bottom side of bun, place lettuce, followed by tomato slices, burger, bacon, and egg. Drizzle steak sauce and cover with the top half.



9. Serve and enjoy!
