Red onion | 1 , sliced | |

GETTING READY
1. In a mixing bowl, place all ingredients of the chicken mixture and mix well.
2. In a burger press, stack 6 ounce patties and regrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
3. Preheat grill.
MAKING
4. In a bowl, take onion, add in all other ingredients for the spiced onion and mix well.
5. In a wok, heat oil and deep fry the onions.
6. In a bowl, mix together green masala and about a tablespoon of oil.
7. Place the burgers on the heated grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Baste with the green masala.
SERVING
8. Sandwich between buns and enjoy!!
