A great recipe I found on Lovely Lady Cake's channel.

Luke warm water 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Active dry yeast 2 Teaspoon
Eggs 3
Brown sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Granny smith apple 2 , peeled, sliced, diced
Salt 2 Teaspoon
Melted butter 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
All purpose flour 3 3/4 Cup (60 tbs)
For serving
Pulled pork 1 Cup (16 tbs) (as needed)

1. In Luke warm water mix yeast, set aside and let it dissolve.

2. In a large bowl, whisk egg and add brown sugar, apple, salt, melted butter, yeast mixture, and the flour. Mix after each addition until well combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rest on counter-top for 2 hours.

3. After 2 hours, place the bowl in refrigerator for another 3 hours.

4. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

5. On well floured cutting board, place handful of dough, pat and cut into doughnut shape bun as shown in the video. Repeat for the remaining dough and place on parchment paper.

6. Place parchment paper in oven, cover and bake for 15-25 minutes or until done.

7. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.

8. Cut bun in half, top with pulled pork and serve immediately.

You may also serve with glaze on top.

For Glaze

Powdered sugar- 1 1/4 cup

Milk- 2 tablespoons

Apple Juice- 1 tablespoon

Mix all the ingredients together and glaze the buns if desired.
