Nutella Cheesecake Brownies

Delicious and super moist brownie!


For brownie layer
Packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 mL)
Softened butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 mL)
Nutella 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 mL)
Eggs 4
Cocoa powder 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (175 mL)
Flour 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (75 mL)
For nutella cheesecake layer
Softened cream cheese 8 Ounce (225g)
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 mL)
Eggs 2



1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F or 180 degree C.


For Brownie Layer:

2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar.

3. Add Nutella, eggs, flour and cocoa. Beat after each addition until combined.

For Nutella Cheesecake Layer:

4. In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, Nutella, sugar, and eggs.

5. Into the bottom of a 9x9 pan, scrape the brownie batter and spoon the cheesecake mixture over the top. Smooth the cheesecake carefully over the brownie layer with a spatula.

6. Bake for 50-55 minutes, the centre of the brownies will be set, but a cake tester won't come out dry. Cool completely to set up before you cut it into squares.


7. Serve and enjoy!
