In this episode, watch how to make brownies. And no, not the weed kind the yummy dark chocolate kind. Recipe and video after the jump.


Brownie mix 1 Pound (betty crocker)
Eggs 2
Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Butter 1 Tablespoon



1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Grease entire baking pan with butter.

3. Pour 1/2 cup of vegetable oil in measuring cup; pour into a large bowl.

4. Pour 1/4 cup of water into oil mixture.

5. Crack the 2 eggs into the oil and water mixture.

6. Mix mixture for a little bit.

7. Start to slowly add brownie mix in. Stir while adding more each time, eventually using up the entire bag.

8. Mix for approximately 1-2 minutes, or until it’s thoroughly mixed, until you get a smooth batter.

9. Pour mixture into pre-greased pan.

10. Pop air bubbles so brownies will come out smoother while baking.


11. Bake for 35 min in the preheated oven.

12. After 35 minutes, remove from the oven and do the toothpick test.

13. Slice the brownies into squares.


14. Serve the hot brownie with a cold scoop of vanilla ice cream.


“Toothpick Test” to see if they are done yet: Sticks a toothpick into one section of the brownies and pull it straight back out; if nothing comes out sticking to the toothpick, then you’ll know they’re done.
