Healthy NO-BAKE Brownies (Vegan, Gluten Free)

Satisfy that sugar craving with this recipe for guilt free no-bake brownies.

Ingredients

Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs) (I use half walnuts (50 g) and half almonds (75 g) but any nut you like is fine!)
Raw cacao powder/Cocoa powder 6 Tablespoon
Chia seeds 1 Tablespoon (optional)
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Soft dates 1 Cup (16 tbs) , pitted (225 g, such as Medjool)
Almonds 4 Tablespoon , roughly chopped (for crunch, + more for garnish (optional))
For the chocolate ganache frosting:
Raw cacao powder/Cocoa powder 2 Tablespoon
Coconut oil 2 Tablespoon , melted
Agave nectar/Any other sweetener 1 Tablespoon (for a sweeter ganache, use 2 tbsp syrup)
