100 No Bake Superfood Brownies - Healthy New Year Recipe

Healthy brownie recipe for the new year and new you. These are fudgy, rich and chocolatey with added bonuses of superfood goodies and a 100 no bake recipe.


Ground oats 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Ground flax 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cacao 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped dates 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Salt 1 Pinch
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Water 2 Tablespoon (optional)
Chocolate sauce:
Cacao 2 Tablespoon
Water 2 Teaspoon
Sweetener 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Pinch (To Sprinkle)



1. In a blender {preferably a food processor}, blend the oats, flax, cacao and chopped dates. Soak your dates beforehand if they're too dry or add

1-2 tb during blending. Your mixture should clump together.

2. Form into your desired shape and chill while making the chocolate sauce.

3. Whisk the cacao, water and sweetener and drizzle onto your brownies.


4. Serve and Enjoy!
