Brown Butter Bourbon Blondies

If the combination of brown butter, bourbon and blondie doesn't entice you, I don't know what will.

Ingredients

Unsalted butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (115 g)
Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (200g)
Egg 1
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Bourbon 4 Tablespoon (45
Baking powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
All purpose flour
Chopped nuts 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (100g, optional)
Chocolate chunks/Chocolate chipes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (170g)

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 350F.

MAKING:

Melt butter in a saucepan until deep golden brown and then cool completely.

Add brown sugar, egg, vanilla, bourbon and whisk well.

Add salt, baking powder, flour and stir well until combined.

Fold in nuts and chocolate chunks.

Transfer the mixture into baking tin and pop into oven.

Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
