How To Make Fudgy Chewy Brownies

Eggs 4
White sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Coffee 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (a splash)
Vanilla extract 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Pastry flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Butter stick 1 1/2
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Unsweetened chocolate 5 Ounce
Semi sweet chococlates 5 Ounce
Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon



Preheat oven at 325F.

Line (with parchment paper) and grease (with butter) a baking pan.


Melt chocolates using double boiler.

Add butter and mix until well combined.

In an electric mixer, combine eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and mix well.

Add coffee, baking powder and mix well.

Add flour in small batches and mix until combined.

Pour chocolate mixture into flour mixture and mix well.

Add nuts and stir well.

Pour mixture into baking pan and pop into oven.

Bake for 25 minutes.
