These Brownies From Scratch are so easy to make and the taste is out of this world. It's from America's Test Kitchen with a few changes. I suggest using the best chocolate you can find.

Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Water 10 Tablespoon (1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoon)
Semi sweet chocolate 2 Ounce , shaved
Bitter sweet chocolate 6 Ounce , chopped into chunks
Melted butter 4 Tablespoon
Vegetable oil 10 Tablespoon
Eggs 2
Egg yolk 2
Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
Sugar 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs)
All purpose flour 1 3/4 Cup (28 tbs)
Kosher salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon

1. Line baking dish with aluminium foil and set it aside.

2. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

3. Add boiling water to the cocoa powder in a big bowl. Whisk it well to combine everything, then add semi sweet chocolate and whisk until it melts.

4. Drop in vegetable oil and butter, whisk to blend everything well.

5. Add eggs, egg yolk and vanilla, beat to blend it well in the batter.

6. Throw in sugar and mix that as well. Now drop in flour, kosher salt and fold that with the batter gently such that its well blended.

7. Drop in bitter sweet chocolate chunks and stir to mix it in.

8. Pour the batter into the baking tray and bake the brownies in the oven for about 30 minutes.

9. Place the baking tray on a wire rack and let the brownies cool for about an hour.

10. Slice and serve the brownies. Enjoy.
