Slow Cooker Bone Broth - Healthy

Slow Cooker Bone Broth is full of nutrients and healing properties. Make some to store in the freezer to add tons of flavor to soups and any time you feel a cold coming on.

Ingredients

Beef bones 12 Pound
Apple cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Onions 2 , peeled and quartered
Carrots 2 , peeled and cut in half
Celery stalks 2 , cut in half
Bay leaves 2
Peppercorns 2 Tablespoon
Parsley stem 4
Salt 1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

In a slow cooker, place all the ingredients and add enough water to the slow cooker to cover everything.

Cover, set the slow cooker to high, and cook for 24-72 hours.

Strain the liquid, place in the refrigerator to cool, remove the solidified fat from the top, and use as desired.

 

SERVING

 Make soup from the broth and serve.
