Grilled Broccoli

Grilled broccoli makes a great side dish for any meal. Nutritious and tender crips, the broccoli is grilled with a marinade of curd, jalapenos, garlic, fennel leaves, beetel leaves and are best served with fresgrant long grained rice.


Broccoli 150 Gram
Curd 75 Gram
Jalapeno 5 Gram , chopped
Garlic paste 5 Gram
Fennel 5 Gram , chopped
Paan leaf 1 , chopped
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste


Blanch the broccoli in boiling water to give it colour.

Prepare the broccoli marinade by blending all the remaining ingredients together in a bowl.

Marinate the broccoli for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the grill for about 2-3 minutes.

Grill the broccoli for 2-3 minutes.

Serve it on a whole paan leaf.
