A quick healthy lunch box recipe.
Broccoli | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Garlic powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Regular salt | 1 Teaspoon ((to taste)) |
Preparations
1.In a big nonstick griddle roast tortilla on both sides applying butter until brown.
2.Spread shredded cheese over it and fold.
3.Remove from the griddle and cut into wedges.
SERVING
4.Pack in the lunch box along with some steamed broccoli.
NOTE
You can include chopped vegetables and olives if you want.
