Smoky Brisket

Ingredients

Onions 2 Medium , sliced
Beef brisket 4 Pound
Smoked salt 1 Tablespoon
Mustard seed 1 Tablespoon
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Bottled chili sauce 12 Ounce

Directions

MAKING

1) At the bottom of slow cooker arrange onions.

2) Sprinkle smoke-flavored salt on both sides of the meat.

3) In a bowl mix celery seed, mustard seed, pepper, and chili sauce.

4) Pour the mixture over meat.

5) Cook covered on low heat for 10-12 hours.

SERVING

6) Serve hot.
