This video shows how to cook a brisket on a Pit Barrel Cooker.

GETTING READY:
Preheat pit barrel cooker for 20 minutes.
MAKING:
Cut beef as shown in the video and sprinkle rub all over meat.
Insert hooks in meat as shown in the video.
Hang meat as shown in the video and smoke until internal temperature reaches approximately 160°F.
Remove brisket from cooker and place on aluminium foil.
Wrap with foil and place on rack. Cook until internal temperature reaches approximately 200°F.
Wrap with a towel once done and allow to rest for 1 hour before slicing as shown in the video.
