In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Mini Parmesan Breadsticks. These go really well with and Italian-style meal.

Ciabatta rolls 2 (You may use any convenient Italian or French bread that you can cut into breadsticks.)
Extra virgin olive oil 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Fresh ground black peppercorn To Taste
Italian seasoning To Taste , freshly ground (You may use any blend of Italian dried herbs.))
Parmesan cheese 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , finely grated

1. Slice each Ciabatta roll horizontally in half. Then slice vertically into breadsticks.

2. In baking dish, place bread pieces cut side up.

3. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

4. Using a brush apply olive oil on both sides of bread.

5. Season breadstick with black peppercorn and Italian seasoning.

6. Sprinkle desired amount of grated Parmesan cheese on top.

7. Pop the dish in oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until breadsticks are golden brown.

8. Serve breadstick hot with Italian style dish.

You may turn your oven to "broil" for the final minute or so to increase the browning.
