Starbucks Banana walnut bread isn't difficult to make, in fact you can make banana walnut bread that will taste just like Starbucks.

Baking powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Wet ingredients | ||
Sugar | 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |
Margarine/Butter | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Mashed ripe banana | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (usually 2 or 3) | |
Eggs | 2 | |
Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
Chopped walnut | 1 Cup (16 tbs) , divided |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
MAKING
2. In a medium size bowl, sift and combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
3. In another bowl, cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add mashed bananas, eggs, and milk. Mix to combine.
4. Add 1/2 of the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mix until the flour is mixed through. Add the remaining flour and 1/2 cup of chopped walnut. Mix until combined. Do not over mix.
5. Into greased 8x4 inch loaf pan, transfer the batter and sprinkle remaining walnut on top.
6. Pop the pan in oven and bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and place on wire rack for 10 minutes to cool.
SERVING
7. Cut into slices and serve.
