Banana 1 , mashed
Pumpkin puree 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cream cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Melted butter/Oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (or 1 cup)
Eggs 1 , beaten
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Nutmeg 1/2 Teaspoon
Cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon
Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt 1 Pinch



1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F or 175 degree C.


2. In a bowl, mix together mashed banana, pumpkin puree, cream cheese, and melted butter.

3. Add sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Mix to combine.

4. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt. Mix well and then fold in flour.

5. Into the greased loaf pan, transfer the batter and pop in oven. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool.


6. Cut into slices and serve with tea or coffee.


You can also add pumpkin pie spice into the batter if desired.
