Vegan Banana Bread - Easy

It's so easy to make vegan banana bread using only one bowl.


Whole wheat flour 3 1/2 Cup (56 tbs) , divided (organic)
Raw sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Vegetable oil/Coconut oil 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon
Apple cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon (Raw)
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Chopped walnuts 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Ripe banana 1 Cup (16 tbs) , mashed (3



1. Grease 2 loaf pans. Set aside.

2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.


1. In a bowl mix 3 cups of whole wheat flour, raw sugar, baking soda, salt, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar and water. Mix well till combined to smooth batter.

2. Add the chopped walnuts, mashed banana and the remaining 1/2 cup of flour and mix again till combined. Pour it into the greased loaf pans.

3. Bake for around 60 minutes or till the toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and let it sit for a few minutes, demold and let it cool.


4. In a serving plate, serve the banana bread warm with milk or any beverage of choice.
