GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F or 180 degree C.
2. Grease and flour an 8"x4" loaf pan. Set aside.
MAKING
3. In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, vegetable oil, brown sugar, honey and vanilla extract.
5. Add the dry to the wet ingredients and gently stir together until almost no flour remains.
6. Fold in the zucchini and chocolate chips.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about an hour or until a toothpick comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached.
8. Allow bread to cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then turn out onto a cooling rack to cool completely before slicing.
