Preparing Banana Bread

In this video I show you how I prepare a basic sugar free banana bread. I avoid refined sugar on this recipe and replace it with some agave syrup or honey, they work perfectly!
The best way to use those old bananas you have lying around. Complete this bread with some added nuts, dried fruit or oatmeal.


Ripe bananas 4 Medium (3
Flour 225 Gram (1 1/2 Cups)
Agave syrup/Honey / stevia 4 Tablespoon
Eggs 2 Medium
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Muesli/Assorted nuts 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Optional)
Dried cranberries/Dried fruits 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Optional)



1. Grease a baking pan or line it with baking paper and set aside.

2. Preheat oven to 180 C (356 F).


3. Peel 3 - 4 ripe bananas. Mash them until you get a creamy texture.

4. Add flour, agave syrup, eggs, salt and baking powder.

5. Add muesli or your choice of nuts and fruits, if using.

6. Mix everything to combine well.

7. Pour the batter into the greased or lined baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.


8. Slice and serve as a snack or for breakfast.
