Ingredients

Bread loaf 1/2

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat oven to 275 degree F.

2. Cut bread into smaller pieces. On a cookie sheet, lay bread pieces.

MAKING

3. Place cookie sheet in oven and toast bread for 10-15 minutes or until dry.

4. In food processor drop toasted bread. Pulse until crumbly on low setting. Store it in an airtight container.

SERVING

5. Roll fish in breadcrumb, fry and serve hot with sauce.

TIPS

Instead of food processor you can put bread in a resealable bag and mallet.

You can store breadcrumbs in refrigerator for later use.

You can add herbs to flavor breadcrumbs.
