How to Turn Old, Stale Bread into Delicious Homemade Croutons.

Ingredients

Parmesan peppercorn bread/French bread 4 Cup (64 tbs) , dice
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon (to taste)
Pepper 1 Teaspoon (to taste)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat oven to 400 degree.

MAKING

2. On a baking tray, place diced bread pieces. Sprinkle salt and pepper over it.

3. Drizzle olive oil on top , and toss well to coat.

4. Place tray in oven and bake for about 15-25 minutes or until crisp.

SERVING

5. Serve croutons with salad.

TIPS

Baking time depends on the staleness of your bread. If your bread is dry then it will become crisp faster.
