Whole wheat flour | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) | |

Granulated sugar | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) | |

Ripe bananas | 2 , mash | |
Sour cream | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
Walnut | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , toasted, chopped |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
2. Take an 8x4 inch loaf pan, grease it with butter and set aside.
MAKING
3. Take a large bowl, and combine all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk and set aside.
4. In another bowl, add butter and sugar. Beat until the mixture becomes fluffy.
5. Add egg one at a time, beating after each addition.
6. Stir in mashed banana, vanilla, and sour cream.
7. Add flour mixture, and walnut to it. Mix well to combine.
8. Pour the mixture in loaf pan and place it in oven. Bake for about 1 hour or until the tester inserted comes out clean.
9. Invert it on a wire rack and allow it to cool.
SERVING
10. Slice and serve banana bread with butter, preserves, or use to make sandwich.
