Easy Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients

Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
White flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Molasses 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1) Mix together the flours, baking soda, salt, raisins into a bowl

2) Add in the milk and the milk and mix well to form a dough

3) Place into a bread pan and allow to rest for an hour

4) Bake at 325 F for an hour

5) Turn out onto a wire rack to cool

SERVING

5) Serve the bread warm with some butter and mixed fruit preserves or marmalade
