Strawberry and Pecan Bread

Ingredients

All purpose flour
Ground cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Vegetable oil 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Eggs 3
Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Frozen strawberries 20 Ounce , thawed and drained (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)
Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat oven to 350°.

MAKING

2. In a bowl mix first 4 ingredients. Keep aside.

3. In a large bowl of electric mixer add oil, eggs, and sugar and mix well.

4. Gently add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and stir until moistened.

5. Add strawberries and chopped pecans.

6. Grease and flour two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2- x 3-inch loaf pans.

7. Spoon the mixture into it.

8. Bake in oven for 1 hour.

9. Cool in pans for 10 minutes.

10. Remove to wire rack and cool completely.

SERVING

11. Serve sliced.
