Apple Nut Bread

Ingredients

Butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Eggs 2 Small
Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Dairy sour cream 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Sifted flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped
Apples 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped

Directions

MAKING

1) Cut butter into sugar, then add eggs, one at a time and mix well after each addition.

2) Now, fold in vanilla and sour cream.

3) Combine together dry ingredients and add nuts to it.

4) Mix it with sugar-butter mixture.

5) Add apples and then in a greased 9X5X3" pan or 2 small loaf pans pour the mixture.

6) Bake it for an hour at 325 degrees.

SERVING

7) Serve the apple nut bread as a afterschool snack or at tea time.
